ACRC provided Anti-Corruption Initiative Assessment Consultant and Anti-corruption Policy Lecture to GIV

On September 12 at five thirty, ACRC Chairperson Pak Un Jong had a meeting with Deputy Inspector General Tran Ngoc Liem of Government Inspectorate of Vietnam (GIV) at the ACRC, Government Complex, Sejong.
Since signing a Memorandum of Understanding on anti-cooperation in 2013, the ACRC and the GIV have maintained a close cooperation and exchanges by visiting each other and learning each other’s policies every year.
The ACRC provided advice on its Anti-Corruption Initiative Assessment, which has been implemented in Vietnam since 2015, and delivered lectures on its anti-corruption policies, including administrative appeals system and integrity education to the GIV delegation of eight Vietnamese high ranking public officials, including the Deputy Inspector general (Vice Minister level).
Chairperson of the ACRC said during the meeting, “Since singing the MoU, the ACRC and the GIV have actively cooperated to share anti-corruption policies through study visits and to enhance the rights and interests of nationals in each other nation.” She added, “the ACRC will continue to cooperate with the GIV to establish anti-corruption and integrity culture in both nations.”
