On March 21^st 2012, the ACRC Secretary General Mr. Jae-young Park (3^rd from the left) arranged a farmer’s complaint against local administrative agencies during the onsite meeting for mediation regarding the riverbed disposal to construct facilities for livestock manure management at the office of Yakmok-myeon(township) Chilgok-gun(county) Gyeongbuk Province and took a picture with stakeholders.

Same day, Mr. Park listened field situations at the scene of the complaint regarding stock farmer’s demand to construct facilities for livestock manure management.
