On January 17th 2012, the ACRC Chairperson Ms. Young-ran Kim (center of the front line) conferred letters of appointment on the press corps of the ACRC Blog (http://blog.daum.net/loveacrc) and took pictures with them who are going to go out to cover the news, at the ACRC office, Seoul.
