On December 13, the ACRC Secretary General Mr. Jae-young Park (3rd from right) took a picture at Goseong County Office, Gangweon Province with the stakeholders after on-the-spot arbitration which carried out an agreement to demolish wired military fences in the Cheonggan Beach.
