A delegation from China ombudsman visited ACRC

On December 8, the ACRC Secretary General Mr. Jae-young Park (right) told about the complaint handling system of ACRC to Mr. Wang Yaodong, the Vice-head of “the State Bureau for Letters and Calls” of China who visited Korea to learn best practices of complaint handling services and gave a souvenir to him.
