Mr. Dae-sik Kim, Vice Chairperson of the ACRC, visited ombudsman offices in the South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana in May 2011. He explained the policies and practices of the ACRC to protect civil rights and introduced "e-people" system which is an integrated online portal that deals with civil complaints. He emphasized establishing a collaborative relationship is important to improve ombudsman ship. They all agreed.
